Lisa’s most recent work has been an economic analysis for utility scale solar PV in Ireland in collaboration with engineering and business colleagues. She joins the conference to present the findings of this research as well as to provide positioning of the Irish solar PV market amidst current global trends.
Lisa is a lecturer and researcher in the UCD Energy Institute in energy economics in September 2014. She is a board member of the Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland and previously worked as economist at the International Energy Agency. She has published numerous journal articles and research reports in the areas of energy and climate change policy, economics, and energy efficiency. Her primary research interests are in the economics of energy supply and demand and the efficient design of energy markets and policies.
